WHO WE ARE

Bridge Point is a 30-bed community-based transitional housing program for adults. It was established through cooperation and support from the following: The U.S. Housing and Urban Development Department, the City of Fresno, the State of California Housing and Community Development Department, the County of Fresno, Region I SASCA, and through private donations.

Program Philosophy
The goal of the program is to transition people from homelessness to a stable home environment. Homeless people who have specific serious barriers to self-sufficiency are eligible for the program. The program provides individualized case management, vocational support services, and other support services.

Referrals
Referrals may be made directly to the program and are screened for acceptance by program staff.
